Designers with Julie Wait Designs are members of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) and are committed to specifying environmentally friendly products with competitive life cycle costs. We strive to select the healthiest interior materials which will contribute to clean air and require few chemicals to maintain. Several of our projects have achieved LEED certification.

Julie Wait Fryauf, ASID and Registered Interior Designer, founded Julie Wait Designs, Inc. in 1985. The firm has designed many award winning businesses and homes.
